Brewing Recommendations
- Milk tea: simmer 1 tsp per cup in water for 1–2 minutes, add milk and bring to a gentle boil.
- Black tea: pour freshly boiled water over 1 tsp leaf and steep for 3 minutes.
- Green tea: use water at about 80 °C and steep for 2 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container away from light, heat and moisture.
