Are your products organic?
Our products are grown using sustainable, low-chemical practices and are laboratory-tested for pesticide residue. We describe a product as certified organic only where certification is held.
What does the MRL test measure?
MRL stands for Maximum Residue Limit. The test confirms that any pesticide residue is within the legally permitted safe limit.
Why is your honey tested by NMR?
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) profiling detects sugar-syrup adulteration that conventional tests can miss, confirming the honey is genuine.
When is nolen gur available?
Fresh nolen gur is produced in winter, typically November to February. We recommend pre-booking, as seasonal batches are limited.
Do you deliver outside Kolkata?
Yes. Rice, patali gur, honey and tea are shipped across India by courier. Fresh produce (Tropix) is delivered within Kolkata and Purba Bardhaman only.
Can I request a laboratory report?
Yes. Share the batch code printed on your pack via WhatsApp and we will send the corresponding report.
